Defining Décor is a Full Service Wedding & Event Styling & Décor Company. We work closely with our clients to ensure the look they envision. With time being of most importance there are many details we take on to reduce any stress that may come from planning an event. Our décor packages are customized to suit each individual. No Wedding or Event is ever the same, each comes with its own beauty and individualism. From set up to tear down, we allow our clients to enjoy the moments that define an event. We can propose a décor package that suits your needs.

When gathering information from you, we require certain key elements i.e. Guest Count, Venues (ceremony, reception) Color Pallet, Overall Look (Inspiration Photos). We pull all if this information together to create an inspiration board customized to your desired needs and wants. Once this is presented, we follow up with any changes that need to be made, to ensure there has been nothing missed, after all; it is of up-most importance that we get every detail right, for you.

For those DIY Clients who love to add their personal touch! We have you covered! Browse our wide selection of inventory listed within our Rental Collections. Make your personal favorites, send to us and we will create a rental order. Please specify whether you will be needing pick up & delivery as this is an additional cost. For larger fragile items, it is required that our staff come set up and take down to eliminate any breakage or damage to the rental items. All Rental Invoices come with a Loss & Damage Waiver.
